Microblading, otherwise known as feather touch tattoo, gives the illusion of extra hair strokes through the brow. This technique is done by hand with a disposable tool, the skin is lightly scratched in a natural hair stroke pattern and pigment is pushed into the strokes to give them colour. This method does not last as long as powder/ombre brows and is never completely even until after your perfecting touch up session at 4-6 weeks. Oily skin types don’t hold pigment as well so powder brow is recommended for those with oily skin.
Powder/Ombre. This method gives a look of a brow that has been filled in with powder. It can be done softer or more defined as is suitable to the client, it is less trauma to the skin and lasts longer.
Lip Blush offers an all over tint of colour with some definition to the border of your lips.
Ombre lip is a full lip colour but stronger at the outer edge and softening to a lighter finish in the middle of your lips to give the effect of larger lips.
Initial treatment takes about 2-2.5 hours. A perfecting touch up session takes about 1-1.5 hours.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the room due to WHS law.
PLEASE NOTE – We do not allow friends or family in the room during your treatment as this may cause distractions for our technician.

Brows - If you have booked an appointment for brow tattoo you will need to buy a small tube of Emla. The cost of this cream is about $15 and can be purchased from a Chemist. You will need to apply the Emla numbing cream no longer than 1 hour prior to your appointment and cover your brows with a strip of glad wrap.
Lips - Lip tattoo clients do not need to purchase pre-numb as I do that in salon.
The law has changed in regards to numbing and so I am required to purchase numbing for each individual client to use during treatment. For this reason I can no longer take bookings for tattoos with less then a week notice as I need to order in your numbing product, this is also part of why it is very important that any allergy you have or medication you are on is made aware to me via the form you are required to fill out upon booking your appointment.
I will provide you with aftercare product.
Do not wear light coloured clothing.
Wash your hair the night before or morning of your appointment as you will not be able to wet your brows for 5 days following your treatment.
Brows only- one hour before your appointment you should apply Emla to your brows as per packet instructions then cover with glad wrap, some people fold the glad wrap over and attach at hair line with bobby pins. Arrive at your appointment with Emla still on. You do not have to use the numbing cream however the start of the treatment may be painful otherwise.

A touch up is required to ensure your tattoo is as accurate as can be, this will be booked at your first session for 6 weeks later. Everyones skin takes tattoo pigments differently, because of this, people will need touch ups at different stages, especially for microblading as it does not last as long as the powder/ombre brow.
